If you saw my gallery you'll understand the fact that I'm a metroid fan I'm having this idea in my mind for some time now and I'm begining to gather some ways to build it.
I WAN'T TO BUILD A VARIA SUIT!!!!!(modified for a man's body((mine of course)).
No jokes, I realy wan't to make it hapen, BUT! as I'm begining my studies at cégep, I'll have to extend the project on a verry long period of time.

At this time I have put together some lead ideas on it. It will be as resembling as the original Varia suit we can see in Metroid Prime 2 and 3. Unfortunatly, because I'm far from being alike Samus, modification around the breast and crotch will be unavoidable (hope I don't have to tell you why ). There are no more modification right now but there will I swear.

Until now, the main ideas I've come with are as folows:
The green light on the suit will be neons and LED (if I manage to get a switch inside the cannon I could even change the colors of the lights, but I want it to be at least green to resemble the model).
The right hand inside the cannon will hold an handle that could have switches on it to changes difrent options(like the LED colors and the extendable missile hatch).
The suit will be as most as possible closed, but I'll die from asphyxia. To be able to breathe, the two "canister like" forms in the back of the Varia will be used as air entry and exit...somehow... this is still in devlopement.
The black articulations would be plastic dryer exhaust pipes spray painted in black.

Each of these ideas are subject to change often as I haven't started anything yet. Build and wear the Varia suit is kind of a dream that I tend to bring to life. Even if the path is hard I know Samus will be proud of me... hum, forget that last. Don't go and think that if I manage to build it I'll like pose in front of a mirror all day long, nah! nah! nah! My gamer instincts will draw me to an E3 one day soI'll wear it at an E3 or other events when it'll be finished ... In addition of my mirror.

It's been three weeks now since my friend and I moved to Montreal. Our moving in was great with a dozen of people helping. Friends and parents were really into it. Our place is now cleaned up and we finished painting half of the appartment. My room is completely "Spic-and-Span" whitch is a full upgrade compared with my last place where I used to "collect dust" as my mother said (yes I was living with my parents right before...). But my joint tenant didn't followed me through that "Cleaning patch". Despise the look of is room he's verry clean in commune areas.

We've still not got a job, but we weren't looking for one . We had the money to survive and could probably pass through summer without starving but working will become a necessary sooner or later so we better try to find one now, I don't want to try it when school comes. Speaking of money, I think we are starting our lives as Sims. STOP RIGHT THERE, I KNOW WHAT YOU'RE THINKING and we don't have 20,000$:'(...I wish though. Instead we may have the same amount with the things parents buyed us to get a good start: Kitchen ustensils, furnitures, tools ... OH! And we also have the same freaking tile in our kitchen as in the game (I'll hook up with pictures later, lol).

The place is pretty well situated. Bread, Meat, Fish, Pasta, (essential stuff -> Video games, comic shop, electronic stores, subway (to go get more of the stuff there <. They all fill up the neighborhood and they have some deals, ow! (monster cables for 15 bucks ).

So that's pretty much it. We're happy with the new place, our new life and all the stuff that comes with it. Friends from my last town already visited us few times and we all loved these nights drinking and philosophizing on the balcony. So there'll be more stuff as our lives continues ( or won't they?) and leave comments on this journal I'll ba happy. Gotta go my battery is running low. Next time around---
